BlackBerry Bold Officially Called the BlackBerry 9700 or Onyx
BlackBerry Bold officially called the BlackBerry 9700 or Onyx launched in Indonesia on Wednesday. The price offered Research In Motion (RIM) for Onyx is USD 6.45 million.
Onyx “The price we recommend USD 6.45 million,” said Managing Director of RIM’s Southeast Asia region Gregory Wade in Jakarta.
Onyx estimated BlackBerry became available in the market in Indonesia in December 2009. Distribution served four operators; Axis, Telkomsel, Indosat and XL Axiata.
BlackBerry Onyx is a slim version of the Bold previous edition. Size 2 millimeters slimmer and navigation are using the trackpad as Gemini aka Curve 8520.
BlackBerry Onyx worked in third-generation network (3G) and has Wi-Fi connection. Onyx has a 3.2 megapixel camera plus auto focus.
